A thick fillet of sea bream is served with delicious white sauce made from fresh ingredients and one special secret! Our chef skillfully incorporated cherry blossoms to create a unique flavor for the season. Accompanying the sea bream are steamed bamboo shoots – a wonderful taste of the spring to come!
Pasta with Prawns and Spinach in Tomato Cream Sauce – 800 yen (including tax)
This colorful dish of pasta with a generous amount of prawns is sure to be a real favorite. The tart flavor of the tomatoes pairs well with the spinach and cream for a dish that will fill you with energy for an adventurous day!
