Braised Beef Cheek with Porcini Mushrooms and Nouille
A long, slow simmer results in tender pieces of beef that melt in the mouth. Paired with Porcini mushrooms, a coveted ingredient of cooks everywhere for its versatility and flavor, it is the King of Autumn mushrooms. We serve it with thick French noodles for a hearty homemade taste. Served with rice, bread, salad, and soup for ¥1,000 including tax.
Gorgonzola Cream Sauce with Gnocchi and Spinach
A thick, dreamy and fragrant sauce takes full advantage of Gorgonzola’s sharp, blue cheese flavor that surrounds the potato gnocchi. Dark green leaves of spinach offer a vivid contrast and a hearty dose of vitamins and nutrition that are tasty as well as good protection from colds and flu. Served with a salad for ¥800.
