December Lunch: Breaded Beef Cutlet

As everyone is busy preparing for Christmas and New Years in the cold weather, it important to take care of our health. With that in mind, join us for some warm and hearty food to keep your mind and body strong.

With only half a month left in the year, here is the last monthly lunch special of 2016!

Breaded Beef Cutlet with Pasta is first on the menu. Exquisitely seasoned with spices to bring out its subtle flavor, the lean beef is a real treat. The Fusilli pasta, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, is well mixed with vegetables, beans, and salami, all dressed with a delicious mix of oil and mustard.

Our Seafood Doria is a delicious white sauce rice gratin, full of seafood, such as shrimp, squid, octopus, and clams. Doria, a kind of rice gratin that originated in France, was first made in Yokohama in 1925 to rave reviews. Since then, it has become a Japanese favorite in all of its delicious forms.
