    When you leave the hotel or check out, please leave your key at the Front Desk.

    The Cloak Room is located beside the Front Desk for your convenience.
  • Delivery Services
    If you wish to send packages from the hotel to just about anywhere in the world, ask our hotel stores and boutiques to make the proper arrangements (7:00 a.m.-10:00-p.m.).
  • Arrival and Departure Lobby
    The Front Lobby on the first floor has access to car transportation. B1 Floor has access to busses.
  • Transportation Tickets and Hotel Reservations
    We can arrange for JR train tickets, airline tickets, and reservations at next hotels.
  • Wake-up Calls
    To receive a wake-up call, please refer to the Phone Information Booklet provided in your room. You may also request a wake-up call by calling the Front Desk
  • Massage Services
    Massage services are available from 7:00 p.m. until midnight. Dial 1104.
